Yes, Terror Isle is ADA accessible. We strive to accommodate all guests and provide a safe, inclusive haunted house experience.
There is no official age limit. We leave the decision to parents and guardians. However, due to intense scares, we do not recommend the attraction for very young children. All minors must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian before entry.
There are Activities involve physical and mental challenges and may include, but are not limited to: confined spaces, dim lighting, unexpected sounds, physical exertion, and simulated or actual obstacles. You should understand that these Activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risks

Yes. All guests must sign a liability waiver before entering the haunted house. Minors must have their waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can fill out the waiver online in advance or on-site before your entry time.
We recommend comfortable attire that allows you to move easily—no heels, tight skirts, or restrictive costumes. This is a walkthrough experience with tight corners and unexpected scares—you’ll want to be ready to move quickly.
No. Cell phones are not allowed during the walkthrough. They can distract from the experience and pose safety risks. Keep your devices safely tucked away or leave them in your vehicle.
No. For the safety of our actors, staff, and guests, anyone who appears to be intoxicated will be denied entry. No refunds will be given.
Most guests take between 20 to 30 minutes to complete the haunted house. Time may vary depending on how fast (or slowly) you run from fear.
There are two types of tickets at Terror Isle. One is the most affordable ticket in all of the haunted houses in the Houston and surrounding cities.
Our general admission ticket allows you entry to the haunted house for only $25!
The second ticket is the best value ticket. For $37 you get our Ultimate Experience ticket. This ticket gives you access to the enhanced, immersive experience where you have to go through 2 escape rooms before you even can enter the haunted house. The three experiences flow together and are a single story. You will feel like you are in a pirate movie!
As a bonus, this ticket also gives you access to get a tarot reading from our fortune tellers. 4 events in one ticket. No one offers such a deal in all of Houston and Galveston County!
The last ticket is for our most extreme fans. Our Horror Games, $25 per person, is a timed, extreme scavenger hunt, where you and your team try to collect all of the items throughout the haunted house before the time runs out. But there is a twist! We release butchers after you and you must avoid them at all cost! It is literally like being in your own horror movie with your friends and family. Our Horror Games take the Haunted House experience to a level no one else has in all of the Houston Metroplex. These are limited availability and will sell out quick!
Yes, advance purchase is highly recommended, especially on peak nights close to Halloween. We do timed ticketing, so you buy your tickets for the time you want to attend and show up then.
